Jessica was born in China and holds degrees in Law and Economics from Northeastern University. In 2014, she founded the Asian Association of Culture, Commerce, and Education in Europe (AACCEE), devoted to introducing Chinese culture to Western countries which, since 2016, has held the “Chinese Art and Culture Festival” annually at the Edinburgh Art Festival. In addition she co-organises events to celebrate Chinese traditional festivals in Edinburgh, facilitates cultural exchange activities with UK schools and assists Chinese companies to enter the European Market.
