The Queen's Hall is a charitable Trust governed by a Board of Trustee Directors.

As of December 2024, Board members are as follows.

Rosamund West (Chair)

Rosamund is de facto Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of Radge Media, which produces The Skinny (Scotland), Fest Edinburgh and Adelaide, annual student handbooks, and City Guides both in print and online. 

Peter Cannell (Vice Chair)

Chartered Engineer, Managing Director of My Edinburgh Life Ltd, and Managing Partner of Middlerig Properties, Scotland since 1981. A classical singer, both as soloist and as a member of the Edinburgh Festival Chorus.

Stephen Allen

Freelance Museum Consultant. Former Head of Learning and Programmes, Museums of Scotland.

Stephen Brown

Former Director of Insurance, Bank of Scotland.

Sally Dyson

Head of Digital Participation, Scottish Council of Voluntary Organisations.

Paul Fenn

Joint managing director of Asgard Promotions Ltd, probably the UK’s longest established independent booking agency representing an impressive roster of musicians and singer/songwriters since the early 1970s. He is a board member of LIVE, the voice of the UK’s live music and entertainment business

Andrew Ormston

Director of Drew Wylie Projects, an international consultancy working across culture, heritage, and the creative industries. Lead Expert, European Education and Culture Executive Agency and Chair of Cinema For All

Moira Sibbald

Retired solicitor and former Group General Counsel, Company Secretary and member of the Executive Board of CALA Group after working in private legal practice and as an Executive Board member of a building society. Moira has held a number of non-executive positions within charities, including the arts sector, as well as financial services and housing associations in Scotland. She is currently also on the board of Places for People Scotland.

Allan Smith
