The Queen's Hall is accessible to wheelchair users via a ramp up to the front righthand entrance, next to the Box Office.

The door can be opened with a push plate.

Unfortunately there are no accessible parking spots directly outside the Hall. There is a bus lane in operation along Clerk Street, 7.00-9.30am and 4.00-6.30pm and cars do get towed before 6.30pm.

Blue Badge holders may be able to park on the single yellow line on Clerk Street, but please check council regulations here. There are very few dedicated blue badge parking spaces close to the Hall, with the nearest being on St Leonard's Lane.

We are sorry but there is no step-free access upstairs.

There are two wheelchair accessible toilets to the lefthand side of the rear fire exit in the Bar, which is located at the far end of the open foyer (when approaching from the front of the building).

To find out how to book wheelchair and/or companion tickets online, please see our Access Scheme.

Accessible seats will be located at either end of rows B, C, L or M (dependent on the show set up) and in rows P23-25 and P60-63 when these seats are in use.

If you are bringing a walking frame with you, please speak to a member of staff who will find a safe space to store it for you and will bring it to you when you need it. If you have any questions about this in advance, please contact the Box Office.

There is a step into all the pew seating (Seats V28-58; U / T / S17-68; R21-64; Q24-61; P26-59). This ranges in height from around 24cm into row V; 15-17cm into rows U, T and S; and 20cm into rows R, Q and P. In row V there is an additional small step of 3-10cm. In rows U, T and S there is an additional small step of 2-5cm. You can see this represented on a seating plan by clicking here.

As well as the wheelchair accessible toilets, there are six toilets on the ground floor on the opposite side of the auditorium to the bar. The exits to these toilets are show on the last seating plan on this page here.

We also have stage access for performers who are wheelchair users with a Mobilift CX. Read more about the lift here
