Engegård Quartet with Nils Økland

Formed under the midnight sun in Lofoten, the Engegård Quartet's fresh interpretations of the classical repertoire, such as Schubert's Death and the Maiden quartet, have won them an international reputation.

These are complemented by regular collaborations with leading Hardanger fiddler Nils Økland, who accompanies them for a celebration of Norway's folk traditions.
