Larger-than-life French oboist François Leleux brings his enormous charisma and abundant skills to a sunny chamber recital alongside SCO Principal Players.

He is soloist in Mozart’s bright and cheerful Oboe Quartet, and the programme also includes two rarely heard pieces for unusual ensembles: Prokofiev’s circus-style Quintet for oboe, clarinet, violin, viola and double bass; and one of Hindemith's sparkling duos for clarinet and double bass.
