Want to put on a great concert, ceilidh, comedy gig or jazz night? Had you thought about using The Queen's Hall?
We have recently updated our PA system so that we can provide a top quality sound for your event - click here to see our most up-to-date sound equipment specification. We have also installed a new lighting grid which carries ETC PARNels, Source 4s, controlled with a Zero 88 Fat Frog board and extras available as part of the hall hire.
Our spacious auditorium has an excellent natural acoustic and very good sightlines. We can offer three different hall layouts:
- Cabaret Style Tables (creating a club atmosphere)
- Standing for rock/pop/ceilidhs
- Formal seating for classical concerts (the short video below shows this layout in use with the pianist Yundi during the 2011 Edinburgh International Festival).
